[Inquiry] Money is in hold. How can I speed up the process?

I already did a service to my client and the buyer already send me the money. However, the money is on hold. I said to him, to confirm the receipt, but there isn't an option to do so. So now, there is a message saying, "You have successfully updated order information. You’ll get your money within 7 days of verification." So my question, will I soon have the money within 7 days of verification even without the buyer confirm the receipt? Thanks

With payments received for tangible goods Paypal would request valid tracking information confirming the item has been delivered to the buyer. As they can validate the tracking information online, once it is delivered they can release the funds. IF you have received the funds for a service / virtual or digital sale OR no tracking number is applicable Paypal would be unable to release the funds any sooner than 21 days.

However if you mark the transaction as processed then the buyer may have the option on their account to mark the transaction as delivery/satisfied. If the buyer confirms this by clicking on the "Confirm Receipt" button, the funds may be released to you sooner ie 7 days after the buyer verifies receipt. This is not always available or guaranteed. 
If not then sadly its 21 days.

I just edit tracking to Order Processed. Now the message is, "You have successfully updated shipment information. You’ll get your money within 1 day of delivery." Whatever it is, my money will soon release in 21 days right? Because this buyer, says, there isnt confirm receipt option.

So if the buyer confirm that the delivery was sent even there's no tracking the money will be released after 1 day?

Okay, I figured it out. You have to set your status as Processed. And then wait for 48 hours for button confirm receipt to be available on the buyer side. If the buyer did not click confirm receipt, then sadly, you have to wait for 21 days. So far my buyer is cooperating and confirm receipt whenever it is available. So I got my money early.
