Receiving Cancelled Refund

Hi there, I recently got granted a £150 refund. This was issued on the 23rd of July I still hadn’t received my money so I escalated it to a dispute claim. It is now the 16th of August and still no money. I have tried everything. When I check the activity of the refund it says Refund Cancelled. I can’t seem to find out where my money is. The women who took my money is saying that is has been issued. Would it be possible that it’s on its way and just taking a long time? Would there be anything I can do to speed up the process. Thankyou so much for your help.

Did you win the claim?

Only if you did and the seller refused to refund then paypal would normally do so under their buyer protection policy.

 

Contact options for Paypal are accessed by clicking help/contact bottom left of Paypal pages.

1. Paypal phones when available (you can use the guest option if you can't log in).
2. Live chat is also randomly available.
3. You can send them a message, during business hours you may also be able to message whilst logged out.

4. Have you considered contacting Customer Service via Facebook or Twitter?
