Inability to withdraw to my prepaid card

For the past three days,I've been having the issue to withdraw my funds to my prepaid card,it keeps saying" sorry but we need more information please contact customer service for assistance..I've written a mail to the customer care but hasn't gotten any reply

If you are getting a message saying "We need some more information" then it sounds like there is a limitation on your account. This may be why you are unable to withdraw your funds. Please go to the Resolution centre on your account to see if there are any open issues there. If there is a limitation on your account you will see a list of steps that you need to complete before your account can be returned to normal.
