Digital goods where sold and now 1400 euro is stuck. I needed to buy digital goods and I lost 90 dollars in fees. AND i lost 180 dollars waitong for my damm money. Iam a bussiness account and no joke... thanks for lettting me lose this ammount of money paypal ty very much.. after this i will remove 2 bussiness accounts and never ever again use paypal.......

I have linked PP business account to my music website and have sold a couple things in the last 2 weeks, and they won't send my money.  I get emails that tell me to open an account to get my money.  I have an account.  there is next to zero customer service.  how can I remedy this?  it makes no sense

With payments received for tangible goods Paypal would request valid tracking information confirming the item has been delivered to the buyer. As they can validate the tracking information online, once it is delivered they can release the funds. As you have received the funds for a service no tracking number is applicable and Paypal would be unable to release these funds any sooner than the 21 days.

If you mark the transaction as processed then the buyer may have the option on their account to mark the transaction as delivery/satisfied. If the buyer confirms this by clicking on the "Confirm Receipt" button, the funds may be released to you sooner. This is not always guaranteed. 
If not then sadly its 21 days.
