INSTANT TRANSFER SUDDENLY NOT VALID

I’ve been using instant transfer for a couple years now. All of a sudden, PayPal is telling me that my card/bank is not accepted. I literally made a transfer 2 days ago and it worked just fine. I run a business so this is an absolute must have feature for me. What changed and WHY?!

Which bank? Policies can change. Or check if your card is expiring or not.
