Hello, I recently tried to add my Pyypl credit card and got the verification process, added the security code and then it told me we couldn’t confirm it’s you, I don’t know what to do.

When making changes to your account, I recommend logging in from a consistent device with your location services turned on. You'll also want to ensure you're not using a hosting IP or VPN. Lastly, it can help to clear your cache and cookies or allow 48 hours between attempts.
