I'm from the Philippines and I have issue with my Paypal account, I cannot withdraw the money to my local bank. It says "These can’t be used for transfers
Some banks and cards don’t accept transfers just yet." and I don't know why. That specific card is already verified.
It states on Paypal's website "Users from the outside the USA can dial[Removed. Phone #s not permitted], so I did. I waited for almost 30 minutes to speak to an agent, but they DECLINE to help with my problem. They always said they can only help account from USA. I'm so frustrated
