I just removed then add my credit card in my Paypal but it declined, why?

Today, I removed one of my credit card from my personal Paypal and tried to add to my Business Paypal.

But it said declined within 5 minutes since I removed from one to other one account.

And when I tried to add it back to my personal account again. Yes, declined!!!

I called my bank, they said my credit card is good.

My credit-scored is very good, I never miss my payment.

So I don't think it is issue from my credit card.

It should be Paypal's problem? Right?

Does anyone know how to fix it?

Please wait a few days before adding card to business account. If problem persists, reach out to customer service to have the card reset.

Thank you so much, I sent it to them this morning but nothing back yet.

I will wait on Monday,  someone might answer and help me reset my card.

but yes, I will try to add again tomorrow.

I hope it will work.
