I have a payment on hold. No place to add tracking number on my sale item

I sold a guitar and was told my payment is on hold. First of all there should be no hold but paypal is in charge and can do what ever they want so I tried the directions to go to the activity to put in my tracking info that it was delivered. there is no drop down menu next to my item I sold. I am getting very frustrated by  all this ring around the paypal site.

'Click' on the transaction in your paypal account and the add tracking option is at the bottom of that details page.
