I have a negative balance and I cannot add funds to paypal or send someone money to balance it out

please help me in this regard... Tell me if i am going to get any trouble ? cause I am willing to pay but they are not letting me use any option Question- I have negative balance in my account.. That paypal is saying can be balanced by adding funds to my paypal.. But I cant add funds to paypal in india..They gave me other options as well but none of them works in India. What can i do? cause no option is working for me and my account is having negative balance. I wanna get out of this mess but I dont see any option.. Its not my fault that i cant pay them right?? cause they are not providing competable method ..Please help me in this regard. Thank you
