I live in jamaica and do comics and webnovels online. I've recently made the move to link my bank account to PayPal so I can physically use my earnings. I successfully added my visa debit card, verified and everything, but I can't withdraw money without linking it to my bank account for some reason. But it only keeps asking for a US bank account, which I don't have. It's frustrating not being able to use my own money even though Jamaica is on the list of countries that are accepted and the bank I use is also accepted.
