Hi,
I just created personal account. And my boyfriend send me some money, but now this money is on hold. Can I use paypal for receiving money from my boyfriend or I can only use for selling and buying goods?
When I click on speedup hold..it ask me did I sell and what I was sell? Is that mean that I can't just have account where someone cans send me money like my boyfriend?

Hello @JelenaKaric,
Welcome to the PayPal Community!
Based on the information you've provided, it sounds like the payment was accidentally sent as a Goods and Services payment instead of a Friends and Family payment. Goods and Services payments are subject to payment holds, especially if you're a new seller. If you indicate that the payment was for a service, your boyfriend can confirm receipt after 48 hours. Here's how to update the payment: How do I add tracking information?
I hope this helps!
