I cannot send or withdraw money, this problem happen to me everytime someone send me money or everytime i send someone money, is like paypal blocks after every transaction done. I am from Romania and the currency i use is EURO
getting this message all the time and it became so annoying...
"Sorry, we weren't able to complete your payment at this time. Please try again later.
If you continue to encounter problems, please contact customer service."
I also cannot withdraw money to my card or bank account , it tells me there is a problem all the time, and after i open topic here its get fixed by magic in 2-5 days...
