I can't withdrawal my funds!!

Hey guys... Please help me ...I tried to withdrawal my funds to my visa but when i'm select the funds a message appears that said..there's a problem we can't withdrawal your funds right now try again later ..this problem from one week , i tried to add a new visa and activate it but the same problem appears
