I wasn't able to withdraw my money to my card that was linked already with my Paypal Account. This is the main context of the error message when I was supposed to send the payment to other PayPal accounts holders.
"There’s an issue with your PayPal account. Please contact PayPal so they can help you right away"
I hope you can solve this ASAP.
