Hello. I can't transfer money from my paypal wallet to my account-bound card. My account is fully verified and so is my debit card.
I do everything in order: Paypal balance -- Transfer Funds -- select debit card -- Transfer amount --- click continue and a "We're sorry. We're not able to process your request right now. Please try again later."
So, what's the problem?
My account is 3 months, all the limits are removed, the identity is fully confirmed, the attached VISA card, and I can not withdraw money.
