I Have Money In My Account

Hello! I recently got a donation of 6$ into my paypal account and i want to spend that money on something, the thing is though, i don't have a card registered in my account and i'm not going to put one in. What i want to know is if there is a way of spending the money in my account without putting a card onto it?

I think you can't use the money from balance until you add your card or bank account

I expect you are in the U.S so I will answer your question and you can tell me if you are not.

Yes you can spend funds in your Paypal balance normally BUT at some point OR for some transactions Paypal security will kick in and ask you to add a card to act as a back up funding source and to verify your account.

Most of the transactions I have tried have had the PayPal security forced in but i do not live in America, im actually in New Zealand

Yep its the same in NZ, if you add your country to your community profile its easier to give you the correct advice.

As i said normally you can use funds in your balance until a Paypal pop up appears to say 'add a card'.
