PayPal removed my bank account when a transaction was trying to go through. I now am in minus figure in my PayPal account and it won’t let me re add my bank account and I can’t resolve the minus figure without re adding my bank account. Please could someone help? I’ve tried message their online support but I have been transferred to 12 different people who bring me back to square one every time!! It’s a large sum of money and I really want it resolved ASAP
If you have a failed bank transfer then paypal often remove the bank account to force you into using a safer payment option (for them) of a card in the future.
The easiest way to resolve a negative balance is to get a mate or family member to send you a payment to your paypal balance via the friends / family option (as long as they don't fund it with a card there is no fee).
