How to add paypal balance using bank account in Japan?

Yes account is bussiness type but when i add money it kept asking add credit card I dont have credit card just bank account.

The option to add money to your PayPal account is not currently available in Japan. You do not need to add money to your PayPal account balance to make payments. You can pay by direct debit from your bank account, or you can pay with a credit or debit card registered in your PayPal account by selecting the payment method during checkout.

If you do not have credit card, you may not be able to pay at some sites because a credit/debit card is needed as back up to set up billing agreement and make checkout faster/easier on future purchases.

Also when i send money to friends it says link a card when my bank account is linked
