hi! I received a payment from a friend on PayPal. But I don't know how to collect it. Under "balance" it shows $0.00. I can't get to the Help Desk, and i cannot find any (clear) instructions on retrieving a payment. HELP! - first time I've ever been paid via PayPal. Thanx!
