I tried to add my cards but I couldn't and it always says that my card is declined. I contact my card issuers and they said PayPal tried to deduct 1 Thai bath from my debit cards but I only have GBP in my cards. My primary currency is now GBP already. Please advise me how to fix these issues.

The default currency is set by the card identifying information when you link it to your account.
