Can't Link Card

I had linked my card to a paypal account but i've forgotten it's credentials and now i can't add my card to my new account as its already to another account

Try to recover password or remind email used on that account. Maybe via phone number linked to the account.

There is really no other way if one credit card already linked to an account.

You can't link this card elsewhere.
