How do I add money to my account by using my debit card?

I know, I can use this link to help me. But it doesn’t.

Also I’ve tried this link, nothing.

Every time I try to add money, my bank account says “not trust worthy”. I even tried adding £0.01 to see if it worked. None! I need help. 
In my wallet to add money, it says my bank account isn’t linked, but it is. My bf can send me money and I can add it to my bank account no problem. So why can’t I add my money into my account? Why? I’m frustrated, I’ve been trying for months. I need help. 
Do I call up my bank? Do I call up PayPal themselves to sort this out? I don’t know what to do, I need help. 
I want to buy things from Esty, which requires me to use PayPal. No problem, I just my money to send to PayPal. 
Furthermore, no I don’t have a credit card. I can’t afford a credit card. So that won’t help me. My debit Visa card is all I got. I need help.

Seems like you may have added the bank account but have not confirmed the bank account? By not confirming the bank account you can still withdrawal to it but cannot add money or pay with your bank account. 

So click on the wallet page, then click the bank and see if it says “Status: Confirmed” on the right. If not, then look in your bank account for the 2 small deposits to confirm the bank account or speak with customer service.

Sadly this didn’t work. My card is already accepted, I even tried to add my bank again through “wallet” and work through my online banking app, but it had an error because PayPal has already accepted my card. 
I don’t know what to do.

I’ve also tried to delete my card and added it back by using my online banking, nope! PayPal still says “it’s already added to my account”. I don’t know what else to do. PayPal isn’t helpful at all, when it comes to visa debit. I’m frustrated and annoyed. Not happy.
