I recently had a problem with PayPal that necessitated my closing my bank account and opening a new account.
Now, I want to confirm my new bank account so that I can transfer funds from my bank account to my PayPal account. But every time I go to HELP and enter "how to confirm my bank account", I see a Help screen that explains how I complete the process but I cannot find any Help screen that explains how I can start the process. In other words, the help info explains what I should do assuming PayPal has already made two small deposits into my bank account.
But that has not yet happened with my new bank account. How can I start the confirmation process? What do I have to do to get PayPal to deposit two small amounts that is the beginning of the confirmation process?
Can anyone please help me?
