I just got off the phone with a supervisor. It honestly felt like she was making up the response to me. After telling me that I needed to contact the buyer ( which I did) and tell them to confirm receipt ( which they could not as it was a friends / family transaction so no option to confirm), she put me on hold and came back with " well there is an issue and I will add you to the list of accounts who are having the issue". I am like what issue, when will it be resolved, how many accounts is it affecting, is there an official written notice of said issue, are proactive steps being taken to identify affected transactions and notify customers in some sort of official, credible capacity, etc etc. To all of this she kept apologizing but had no answer other than I will get in an email in 72 hours. They HAVE $2310 OF MY MONEY and i will get an email in 72 hours. .....Criminal incompetence.
