Hello, im really confused and no matter how hard I try to contact paypal I cant. There is no email outlet it just directs me to everything else and when I call kt takes hours with no response. My question is how and why do they put out money on holds? People pay for shipping of said item but paypal holds your money. It dosnt make sence to me how we cant use money the customers paid for (shipping) to ship said items my money has been on hold for a long time and both customers have recieved thier items as well as tracking was put i the system. Help!!!

Normally funds are released when tracking shows delivery + 3 days (approx) or if not tracked 21 days.
