Hello. Instant transaction did not work. Why?

I used the instant option to transfer the money in my debit card but they did not arrive in it until now. Can someone help me understand why?

Was it a visa card?

Also is the withdrawal to a debit card option available in your country?

Does the billing address of the card exactly match your paypal account address?

Did you confirm the card with the 4 digit code after adding it?

 

If for any reason the transfer fails it should bounce back to your balance, allow 14 days and if no sign contact customer services for a trace?

 

Contact options for Paypal are accessed by clicking help/contact bottom left of Paypal pages.

1. Paypal phones when available (you can use the guest option if you can't log in).
2. Live chat is also randomly available.
3. You can send them a message, during business hours you may also be able to message whilst logged out.

4. Have you considered contacting Customer Service via Facebook or Twitter?
