I created a paypal business account in Lesotho, my business is in Ghana, I am trying to add my Ghana visa card but it is not working and it keeps declining, I have tried multiple debit cards but it is not working, I have checked on the local banks too and they said nothing is wrong from their end. What could fix this?
Paypal is country specific so you have to open a paypal account in the country you reside in and add an address / phone number / bank accounts / cards from within that country.
Paypal is sadly not supported or available in Ghana.
