Google stealing my money!

Someone has gotten my information and made purchases with a google pay for 29.99! I can't get any help from PayPal! I am not a happy customer right now! I DON'T USE GOOGLE PAY!

Is the transaction appearing in your PayPal account activity? If so:

1. Locate and click payment transaction in your PayPal account activity
2. Click ""Report a problem”.  
3. Click “I want to report unauthorized activity”.

If PayPal denied your claim saying it is not unauthorized, please reach out to have the dispute reviewed:

(Please be patient as response time will be longer due to reduced staff/closed phone lines.)

1. Log on.
2. Click HELP at the top menu.
3. Scroll down and click CONTACT US.
4. Scroll down to click CALL US or other contact options.

If calling, call early, during business hours, west coast time to try to get a US rep.

If transaction is only appearing in your bank or card statement, please report it to your financial institution instead who will contact PayPal or Google Pay in the course of the investigation.
