I’ve contacted the seller “chaoce” in China already, been told they had put the money they owe me back into account already, but because PayPal frozen it, so that is why I couldn’t withdraw them to cash, is it right ? And how to deal with it? It says by 12th of March , if the case still not resolved , it will be close automatically, if I still didn’t get to talk to any of you, would I lose all that money? Or is there another way to get them back?
