I am a new user - from what I wasn’t aware of when I agreed to use this platform instead of Western Union is that PayPal puts a hold on new users when they first transact here. I am a freelancer and heavily rely on my income. I handed the work over to my client which I marked as shipped, it is a digital item and does not have tracking. My client does not have the option to confirm that she received her items on her side to assist with speeding up the process so now I have to rely on PayPal to do this - what is the waiting time for intangible goods? I can’t afford the 21 day verification, this is very frustrating.
