Hello me and my wife are new to selling stuff and what not. Anyway. We sold an iPhone 11 to someone in a different state. we’ve yet to receive our payment. We were told it was being held by PayPal. the buyer told us this? I want to see if it’s true? He mentioned goods and services? Not sure what that means? Has anyone else had this happen?
