I just completed my first sell on ebay and my payment is still showing up as "hold" on PayPal. I have contacted the buyer, printed the shipping label from ebay and updated the account with the tracking number. When you login in to both ebay and PayPal and click on tracking it shows the package as been delivered. However, my payment is still pending. I've tried reaching out to ebay with no response. I understand with COVID-19 many businesses are working with a Skelton crew and by this being my first time selling I don't want to have to wait weeks/months before I receive payment for an item I no longer have. Any idea as to what I should do to speed this up?
