I created an account. Now I'm overdrawn at my bank. It says miscellaneous pay pal -29.00. Then it says en returned verify bank. How do I get my money refunded back to me? I didnt order anything.
Based on what you've described, it sounds like your bank charged you an NSF fee related to our bank verification. You'll need to work with your bank to have the fee returned. Hopefully they resolve the charge soon!
