Hello, My payment was initially on hold via Ebay as the customer had not received the item. it has since been received over two weeks ago and the customer advised Ebay such is the case and i received emailed confirmation from them that funds would be released and I need do nothing. It's now been 2 weeks of going back and forth to ebay-Paypal telling them to release the funds which is showing as hold on Paypal still. Paypal say Ebay still has it on hold where Ebay say they don't and Paypal need to sort it. THEY WILL NOT PICK UP THE PHONE AND TALK TO EACH OTHER! Please someone help?
