Does anyone know why instant transfer takes more than 30 mins to send to my debit card?

hi, I'm wondering if anyone knows or can tell me why instant transfer says it takes 30 mins to send but for me, it's been more than 30 mins, its been like 12 hours and nothing is here so far and I really need a solution. If anyone can find it for me I thank you so much!
