Direct Debit Mandate Error

I want to finish my bank account confirmation.

There’s a section “Direct Debit Mandate - Incomplete. To pay at checkout with this bank account, you’ll first need to accept the Direct Debit Mandate.”

 

Every time I click on the “Complete setup” button, I’m getting “PayPal: Internal Error

Return to Home”

 

How can I fix that?
