Did not receive my withdrawal

Hi, I withdraw money from my paypal accoutn to my linked BPI account ok May 11 and its July 23 today and my bank still did no receive anything. I’ve been trying to get intouch with paypal and they only said my bank already received it. Called my bank last month( june) and today (july) and there is still nothing. My Bank is BPI. Please help

You need to contact customer services to resolve any account specific issues.

However if your bank transfer fails it should bounce back to your paypal balance, allow 14 business days and if no show contact your bank and paypal .c.s for a trace.
