Hi good afternoon.. I just want to ask if what, happened to my account since the money I transferred to my BANK ACCOUNT was returned and already have a deduction amounting to 250.00 pesos

There is a fee for withdrawing funds in the Philippines. The fee to facilitate the withdrawal is 250PHP, and this will be deducted, prior to the funds reaching your bank account.
