Declined Transfer

Hi, I tried to transfer $2000+ to my bank account and it ended with an error screen from PayPal saying we can’t transfer to your bank at this moment!!! I’m facing the same when I’m trying to transfer to my bank card?! I tried with two banks and getting the same error?
