Day 16 withdrawal still pending

My 2 withdrawals are still pending and two different case specialists put orders for them to.be canceled and returned to my balance PayPal messed up my Christmas I really needed that money and even after the request and the review and ect ect still no money and I'm still at a lost for words cuz I've made several withdraws to the same card B4 AND AFTER these 2 stuck transactions

Click on the words "Help / Contact" at the bottom of paypals pages and use the phone option in the blue band at the top OR very bottom of page dependent on what country you are in. Scroll down past the list of help questions and click on 'Call us' bottom of that page. Log in and get the code.
