Currency Conversion

I paid for something and it shows up in British Pounds, do I need to manually convert it back to USD? How do I find out what was the amount I paid at the time in USD?

Click on the transaction and the info on the currency exchange amount will show on that details page.

I have the same issue. I wonder where and how can I unselect this double conversion? Or how to contact PayPal on this issue? Their contact form doesn't show an option for such issue...
