Credit collections

My acct has been stopped from cashing check due to credit collection thru indigo I was told. But I have never had a negative balance . I have tried numerous times to have this corrected. Even asked that they deduct the $8 from my acct now but it's been 5 months without resolution. What do I do?

You need to contact customer services to resolve any limitation OR account specific issues.
Click help / contact bottom left of Paypal pages for options available for your country.

Or have you considered contacting Customer Service via Facebook or Twitter?
