Credit card problem

hello. I opened this account a few days ago. I linked my credit card and confirmed it but when when my friend tryed to send me money it wasn't letting him. I removed the credit card and when I try put it again it says that credit card it's linked on another PayPal account. How can this be fixed

As you have not added your country to your community profile or said in your post then we can't help at the moment (Paypal varies a lot country to country).

Takes a while for the system to realise the card has been removed so you need to wait 72 hours for it to play catch up before you try and add it again.

Also you need to read this policy as you are in 1 of the affected countries.
