Confirming bank account problems

Im struggling to confirm my bank account, been waiting 3 days for now the transaction to come with the 4 digit code I need, and nothing. The help note says it should only take upto 2 hours Help?

Have you gone into your wallet to click on confirm to request the code be sent?

Yes its now just asking me to confirm the code, which I havent recieved still
