Confirm your card

Hello Community.

So here is the issue, i can't link my Credit Card (Visa) because it require a confirmation code, that i never get, because every time i do i get this errors

So i did contact the bank, and they told me that they are not receiving any requests from any where, not PayPal not anywhere.

So what should i do at this moment?!

I'm sorry to hear that you are unable to confirm your card. Thank you for checking with your bank. Please contact customer service for assistance getting your card confirmed. Please make sure that you have the confirmation code on hand if it's requested.
