hey dose anyone know how to fix this? i do digital art commissions and it’s impossible to have my clients confirm they received a digital item. i have money on hold and i’m concerned i won’t get it back. dose anyone know who to solve this?
The buyer may have the option on their account to mark the transaction as delivery/satisfied. If the buyer confirms this by clicking on the "Confirm Receipt" button, the funds may be released to you sooner. This is not always guaranteed.
