Hi everyone, Hopefully someone can help me out. I’ve had this account now for the past couple of weeks and it was created for the sole use of receiving donations for a charity foundation in Mexico. For the first couple of days everything was functioning correctly until two days ago when they started holding on to the donations and now I can’t transfer the funds to the bank of the foundation. Apparently PayPal’s thinks/assume I’m selling a product and request more information regarding these products. I’ve already emailed them a few times and tried resolving this in the Resolution column but there’s still a hold on my account. This is a set back as the food bank need this funds/donation that were collected in order to serve the community this weekend. Has anyone had this issue before?
