Hello, I get an error message once I try to claim funds. Please help

Have you added the currency you are trying to accept as a receiving currency on your paypal account?

I have been advised so but I can't find where to add the currency. I have looked for it at all pages from summary to wallet.

Click on the 3 dots next to paypal balance > manage currencies.
