In 2014 I opened a paypal account in the netherlands while I lived there for 1 year. I used my UK bank details and my NL address.
I've since moved back to the UK and not used this paypal account at all in that time, but since recently opening my own Shopify website, it has automatically used the email address I opened my website with, to work with Paypal. So it's gone back to the NL paypal account.
I made my first sale and went into Paypal. I now cannot accept my funds because it won't allow me to add a UK address or UK bank account, even though it says it does accept UK IBAN numbers.
I cancelled my customer's order but because I have no confirmed bank account, it won't even send the refund back to her. The money is just sitting in my Paypal account and I cannot do anything with it.
I need to fully cancel my paypal account and make it again in the UK but can't do anything until my customer has her money back.
I really need help!!
